How to Speed Up Achievement

It starts with vision.

Make a clear picture of what you want. I know you heard that before, so let's go deeper. This can be a tricky first step because many people don't visualize what they want, they visualize what they fear or they visualize how they are going to get what they want.

Visualizing fear, is holding onto the problem and the past.

Visualizing how, is also holding onto the past. You are holding onto a past belief.

Letting go of the fear is like seeing the attack coming towards you and immediately responding with the solution. It's the perfect execution of attack/counter - problem/solution. 1% of focus on the attack. 99% of focus is on my response to that attack.

Letting go of how is like entering into a match with absolute self worth, confidence and worthiness. You may have a game plan and a strategy but you are more focused on the victory than what technique will bring the victory.

Saying, I need this circumstance to change for me to have what I want is visualizing the how. You will never get what you want from that state of mind.

State what you want (the victory) and why you want it.

What is the victory you desire?
