Summer workshop 1: Temper Control/Kickboxing

Get ready to kick it into high gear and join us for an action-packed 3 day workshop  from June 24th to the 26th from 12 noon to 3pm. 

🎉 Agenda Includes:

• 🥷Real Kickboxing training with a proffesional instructor

• 🏋️‍♀️Challenges that will push our students physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

• 🥋A character development course that does 3 things: make your kids great at martial ats, reinforce character traits that help with emotional control, and give them real life experiences where they kept their cool under pressure. 

👊 Dress Code:Come dressed in your best martial arts attire or your favorite karate-themed outfit ( gym attire is fine)
