Kid-Smart: Stranger Safety Workshop
Our Stranger Safety Workshop is part of a series of interactive programs designed to teach essential life skills to children. Both current students and non-students are encouraged to attend, as the workshop reinforces critical decision-making through repetition and real-world scenarios.
This engaging, hands-on workshop requires no prior experience and is designed for children ages 5–12. While teens are welcome to participate, we also offer a separate, more advanced course tailored specifically for teens and soon-to-be high school graduates.
Participants will gain practical tools and confidence to handle challenging situations involving “tricky” or potentially dangerous strangers.
Key topics include:
recognizing safe vs. unsafe situations (“safety lights”)
