About the event
Parents, we are so excited to be working with Heritage Elementary and your awesome BASE camp students. We are a character development academy that specializes in empowering our clients and giving them the tools to succeed using real self-defense techniques. This course will focus on Emotional Toughness - dealing with overwhelm and anxiety by giving them the tools to feel power. This way our students have the ability to dial in and make decisions where others would freeze. We will have a blast and after the course is done, we will celebrate by hosting an awesome & FUN Flying Side Kick Party and showing off our class with a real wood board breaking demo!
