What is it? LADIES, Coach Dani has heard your sweet summoning – Please join a community of ladies 18+ who want to feel confident in self-defense and get some basic striking, blocking, and sparring practice. At times it can be difficult to find sparring partners closer to your size that you may feel comfortable practicing with/on. Coach Dani would be honored to help you with that. As a “fun size” person herself, she can relate; and knows first-hand how much fun it can be to spar with a friend. This will be a super fun and knowledge gaining - ladies get together!
What is the cost?
$50 if you participate solo
$35 for you and $35 for your guest(s) you bring!
