About the event
We are Competitive Edge, a character development academy that happens to teach martial arts. We are hosting a seminar to help our youth feel empowereed by giving them the tools and skills to overcome lifes toughest challenges. Plese RSVP no later than the 19th to reserve your wooden board.
The seminar will include:
- A fun Martial Arts class, including a board break ( Please RSVP so we can have your board ready).
- Practical Self Defense strikes as well as self defense skills for verbal attacks.
- Introduction to the fundamental principles of emotional control.
We will be donating 100% of the proceeds from this event right back to feed the fam organization.
What to wear and bring:
- Athletic attire ( comfortable clothing)
- A bottle of water....thats it!
