Escrima Seminar presented by Coach K: Unleash your creative power

Dear Competitive Edge students,

We will be running a special seminar as requested by our students. Escrima's are a blast and are a form of military self defense that can be used effectively for self defense. My goal beyond running a phenomenal seminar is that we will be covering topics like: Creative power, I'm valuable and worth protecting, and finally the power of passionate work. It will be a fast paced 2 hours and I cannot wait to see our student on December 7th

The seminar will include

• Your own Escrima stick

• Stick vs stick defense
