Competitive Edge Summer Workshops

We are a personal development academy that just happens to teach martial arts.  We've created some exciting summer workshops to give the students a shift in beliefs they carry that may hold them back or the empowerment they need to take the next step.  In each workshop we will have a specialized focus on certain martial arts techniques that are also combined with great mental benefits.  By doing this the student will get lots of practice with their mental and emotional skills and see the results right away with their physical practice.

If you want to hit with power you need to feel powerful first.  We will have 7 workshops throughout the summer each with different emotional skills being developed with physical techniques.

Each workshop will be 3 days long (Monday-Wednesday) and run from 12pm-3pm.

Prices: Non-Refundable Deposit - $99 (credited towards first payment)

• June 24th-26th    12pm-3pm: Temper Control/Kickboxing
• July 1st-3rd            12pm-3pm: Feeling Worthy/Grappling
• July 8th-10th        12pm-3pm: Overcoming Adversity/ Jump Kicks
• July 15th-17th       12pm-3pm: Leadership Skills/Bo Staff (Bo purchased separately)
• July 22nd-24th    12pm-3pm: Stand Up for Yourself/Kickboxing
• July 29th-31st       12pm-3pm: Comfortable in your Own Skin/Grappling
• August 5th-7th    12pm-3pm: Valuable and Worth Protecting/Jump Kicks
