About the event

We are excited to invite you to a unique and empowering seminar focused on building resilience through the exhilarating practice of board breaking. This seminar is designed to help you tap into your inner strength, overcome challenges, and emerge more resilient than ever.  Please RSVP as we are limited to 20 families.  If you are brining a guest you will recieve 5 tickets for each friend for our $200 gift card raffle at the end of this month. In addition when you bring a buddy, the buddy and you will recieve a real wooden board as a thank you so they can fully participate.

About the Seminar:

In this seminar, you will:

  • Learn the principles of resilience and how to apply them in your personal and professional life.
  • Engage in hands-on activities, including board breaking, to symbolize breaking through barriers.
  • Gain insights from experienced speakers and resilience coaches.
  • Network with like-minded individuals who are committed to personal growth and overcoming obstacles.

  • 101 on how to hold and break boards
  • 4 step system for setting effective goals
  • Learn 10 board breaking techniques by a proffesional instructor ( bring 10-12 boards)
  • Break your boards!

What to bring:

  • Athletic attire
  • a bottle of water
  • If you are a current student any equipment you would like to break a board with. New students we will work around that.

What kind of board?  Pine or common board

How to gauge the size? The difficulty is determined by how large the boards are. All planks should be 12 inches wide, 1 inch thick.

4' board= beginner

6' board = beginner/ intermediate

8' board = intermediate

10' board= intermediate/advanced

12' board= advanced

Whether you are looking to build mental toughness, enhance your problem-solving skills, or simply find new ways to push past your limits, this seminar is for you. No prior experience in board breaking or martial arts is required—just a willingness to challenge yourself and grow. We cant wait to see you.
