About the event
As most of you have heard, Coach M will be taking a step back during the week and wanted to do something that is a lot of fun to do, but also challenging that could make an impact on lives. Board breaking is sooooo much fun and equally scary. We will set big goals and learn how to complete them! We will spend the time to build up 10 different techniques and teaching concepts (like: goal setting, overcoming fear, failure, the ups and downs of challenges). Then we will break boards as a community together! Also, it wouldn't be a party without pizza!

Our goal is 10 board breaks by the time our class is done and then spend the last 30 minutes enjoying pizza and socializing.
