Can you kick it?

We are so glad to be hosting our can you kick it event. With the holidays coming up we will get you feeling more confident, less stressed, and feeling your best self. Best part we will have fun doing that with our kickboxing and self defense class. Stick around after the class for our social hour we will have refreshments and snacks . 

All you will need is to RSVP and bring athletic attire. This event is also free for our community. We are working with Dress for success which helps women get back up on their feet. We ask for a small donation to this cause if you are able.
