Competitive Edge MMA is a Character Development Academy. We do not believe in participation trophies. Every belt, every praise, shout out, or win is 100% EARNED! Aaliyah has achieved her Yellow Belt Goal with us by demonstrating consistent self-control, leadership skills, positive attitude of growth, focus and respect.
Aaliyah is learning the importance of goal setting, that she has the power to achieve her goals. To take advantage of any mistakes or failures she makes, as are an informational tool to be used in any learning process. And of course, that every goal that she completes, is something that should always be celebrated!
Aaliyah is seeing she has these awesome traits in her. She is the one who controls them, and she is thrilled for the opportunity to show off what she has learned. Aaliyah is excited to share this experience with ALL of you important people in her life!…
